Yeah you know me
My name is Caitlin. I am a Taurus. I like the colour yellow and I hate honey. I wear t shirts and jeans almost every day and I have long hair. I never look like myself in photos.
I make stuff. I know how to crochet, knit, sew, embroider and play guitar hero. I can also weld. I’m an avid reader and my book collection is vast and varied. I can do a cartwheel and my fingers bend backwards. I love to travel but I hate flying. I read about cooking more than I cook. I like things to be organized; I like to be able to find the hook/needle/shirt I want when I want it. I am not very good at keeping my house clean or keeping in touch with old friends. Hopefully this blog changes some of that.
Since I was born I have moved 19 times-here’s the list: I was born in Woodstock, Ontario, but I’ve also lived in Welland, Queenston Heights, Niagara-On-The-Lake, St. Catharines, Toronto and Windsor. That sounds almost reasonable, but when you look at how many places I have lived in Toronto, that number turns into something ridiculous. A list of streets I’ve lived on: Landsdowne, Dunn, Dowling, Queen W (above The Silver Snail), temporarily on Glen Mount, Bloor (across from the Brunny, fun), back to Glen Mount, Queen W (near the old Future Bakeshop), Spadina Road, Augusta, Dundas W, Pacific and Sterling. That sounds low to me, so I suspect I have missed a couple. My resume reflects how many jobs I’ve had to how many moves I’ve made.
The most important things in my life are my family and friends.
Currently I am in the beginning stages of a major dollhouse renovation that I am documenting here, as well as my normal, day-to-day life.

i love your blog! wish you had more pics of you with your day to day stories
I know it’s dicey to give your address to a stranger but I have a couple of things on your amazon wishlist that I could send your way. Let me know starred_and_scarred@yahoo.com

Hi,
I just wanted to tell you that I love love love your blog. I found it through Ms Twwly’s site and I’ve been following you (in a totally non-creepy way, I assure you) for about year or so. Your thrifting adventures and crafty endeavours enthrall me!
I’ve been getting into quilting and your style is really inspirational, I dig the colours and patterns you use.
Take care!
Maddie
Thanks Maddie! I’m not blogging as regularly lately even though I have been more productive than ever. I just lose track of time I guess.
