When I was a kid, my mum made quite a lot of clothes for my sisters and I. That floral fabric is identical (in my memory) to some my mum used for a skirt for me and dress for my youngest sister

I’m fairly confident I could make one from pinning the pattern to the fabric to the blind hem in about 2 hours now.
