Canada! We are in Canada, and while it is an America it certainly is NOT a state! And shipping from here is probably an even bigger pain in the ass.
Oops – sorry – forgot, failed geography, brain like sieve etc…*grin*. I’m in the UK which is no excuse but likely to make the cost prohibitive :)
