Bill gave me a bottle of Melatonin with instructions to take 2 half an hour before I shut the light off. I think I’m sleeping better but I don’t feel any more rested than before, which is strange. I’ve promised to give it two weeks before I judge and there are 9 days to go. We’ll see. xoxo
