Marla, I never said I was broke, but thanks for the concern!

It was just a simple question. I think different people have different ideas of what it really means and I agree with all the comments so far. I’ve been broke as a joke in the past, without even enough money for public transit to get to work. It is an awful, scary state to be in.

I define financially broke as having to rob Peter to pay Paul. Where you are forced to choose between the electric bill or groceries. I have been there and it SUCKS…but I am happy to say it’s better now, but we do a ton of things most ppl don’t. Like hunting for the majority of our meat. We process all our own, which can be a pain, but the end result is so much better. Then we garden too and process all of that.

Another definition is when you think the poverty line is “looking up” lol.

As far as itunes goes… You should be able to update it on anyone else’s computer who has it installed. However if you want to access your library you need to over-ride it or something. I’m 1/2 asleep here so please bear with me :)
There should be a message that pops up in any case. I’ve done it on other people’s computers before. Worse case scenario, over-ride Shannon’s and he should be able in turn to do the same to you, if that makes any sense?

As for being financially broke, I have to agree with Laura, as I am pretty much in that situation right now. Until Thursday anyway.

I hate itunes SOooooo much. It drives me crazy!!! There are so many problems installing it on older operating systems too.. if you can find an old version of itunes that might work but then it might not allow you to access the app store. AAaaargh.

Can you set up a separate profile to sign in to Shannon’s computer? That should have a clean/empty version of itunes on it, no?
