I made these cookies the other day. Not only were they totally easy but they are so yummy too. Mine looked a little different than hers, I used margarine instead of butter and my apartment is blazing hot so they spread more. I think if (ok, when) I make them again, I’d chill the dough for an hour before rolling it out. I baked mine for 11 minutes.
Also, I used raspberry jam. If we’d had strawberry, that would have been my first choice.
My first choice is always raspberry so they would have been perfect. xo
I just gained a pound from simply reading the recipe alone. Sounds pretty good.
