I wish I knew what set of toys this fellow came with. I remember flat, plastic, checkerboard floors (grey?) that walls (green?) slid into and I remember Nurse Nelly. I think it’s safe to assume that there was assorted hospital furnishings too.

I am suprized you didn’t remember!!! I recognized him right away, the Richard Scarry books were fantastic, we had a few that we loved, mum even sent me a Lowly Worm stuffie a few years ago.
