I was really pushing this on Michael, Saira’s husband who moved to LaPaz when Shannon was there and was well on his way to opening a decent gringo restaurant when things…well, when he moved back to Toronto. He was going to open a taco stand, Toronto did this food stand thing where now you can get stuff other than smog-dogs, which was exciting, but the application process was ridiculous and the $$$ involved…

When I come out to Ann Arbor for a vacation I will expect tacos, creamy chicken enchiladas and steaks. After all, he has to know how to grill a steak too, right?
