Today was Ari’s last day of school. There were sports in the morning and a barbecue and cake after. It was really nice, her teachers are very supportive and loving, and all the kids and family members (almost all, other than the stuff throwing kid) were great. She’s excited about starting at her new school in the fall, but I know she’ll miss her friends from kindergarten.
Tomorrow is her grad ceremony and we get to hear the pizza song done with a lot of voices.
I forgot to mention that I really only bought one present when I was in Montreal and it was for the fish. I was getting worried about the real plants floating in the pond and dying, creating muck. They seem to love these and hide underneath all the time.
I also cleaned their filter for the second time in just over a month, it was not pumping water properly and I am thinking it might be time for new filter media and in/out take tubes.
And I also think that I fawn over these fish a wee bit too much! (although I do love the medicine they’re getting, it’s made of bay and smells amazing!)

Congratulations Ari!!!
I am really glad that your fish love the fake water lilies!!! They look great in your pond.
