I started a new crochet project without really thinking too hard about the fact that I didn’t own enough of the yarn required. It’s Bernat Satin (or perhaps Satin Sport-I don’t keep the wrappers, that would be too logical) and it’s available at Zeller’s for really cheap. Of course, when I went to Zeller’s today they didn’t have the colour I need. Of course not. Then when I checked online, on the Bernat website, it’s not there. The fucking colour’s been cancelled. OH GOD.
I’ve also looked on Ravelry. No dice.
Not only that, I don’t know the exact name of the colour, which makes it way harder to find.
If you have this colour yarn in your stash and you don’t need it, please contact me. I will happily pay for it-and shipping.
I feel like I ask you guys for help all the time. So, in advance, thanks to anyone that can come up with this yarn.
Edit-No luck on this yarn. I will be frogging what I’ve made so far and going to a real yarn store to find something decent. It’s a sad day for me.

Here’s the deal-I need 1575 yards of yarn to complete the project-I’ve used up one ball of what I am not sure what it is, so that makes it trickier.
I looked today for cute yarn, bright colours or anything, but NOTHING. Ugh. I have a dr appointment tomorrow near Kensington and I will check at the yarn store there. It’s expensive, though. Maybe I can head over to Romni. Also expensive, but such an incredible selection.

It looks reeeeally close to Red Heart Soft Yarn in guacamole, sort of hard to tell with greens, though. It’s the same kind of shiny acrylic, too. Good luck, yo.

Matthew is visiting G-parents for March break and I decided to re-do his bedroom as a surprise while he’s gone. 5 coats of bright orange paint later and it’s no longer baby shit brown. WOO!
