I also crochet like crazy in the winter and I already have, like, 12 scarves. I might try that next. I’m amee16 on ravelry and just posted my first written pattern on there (it’s a star shaped blanket.) Yay, crochet!

Or maybe I found it too confusing? Then one time I got a message from a moderator asking to use my hat pattern or something so I said yes, but I still don’t know what really happened.

And fyi, I love ravelry. LOVE it. I wish I knew more people on it.

My ravelry username is Caitlinjane, oddly.

I like the buttons-I like how they look- but they aren’t ideal. The dickey I have been wearing is sewn shut, but I don’t mind messing my hair up to put it on, although some people might.

I made a couple of Camilla Engman’s bears that are in the Stitch ‘n’ Bitch Happy Hooker book, they were pretty easy (although I love her toys, the pattern was kind of messy).

I guess, just try small things. They don’t use up a ton of yarn and usually they turn out crazy cute.

Maybe I am totally weird, but I also love reading crochet paterns.

very cute! i wish i could crochet cool things… scarves are no fun.
