I have taken up running last summer and it is kind of rewarding. Always feeling great afterwards.

I have to admit, I think about jogging and I cringe. My love of exercise hasn’t embraced that yet, but maybe one day I will hop onto the treadmill and give it a whirl…Running in the cold? Doesn’t that hurt one’s lungs?
