Everyone loves a good shit story, right?

By in making stuff is good

It’s true. I have a story about shit that happened the other day, but seeing as a)I survived b)did NOT poop my pants, there isn’t much to tell.

Anyway, have I mentioned lately that I like to crochet? Ah, it’s winter, I can hardly help myself. I can talk about that or I can talk about going to the gym (300 calories in 30 minutes on the elliptical, 5 hard minutes on the rowing machine and 10 minutes on the floor creating new stretching moves with a giant exercise ball) but that’s boring. Once I start getting noticeably fitter, then I will post pictures.

I made an owl. I completely ripped it off of Beth’s design. I bought her book and trust me, I love it, but I was sorely disappointed that the owls weren’t in it.  Her designs are so incredible, so rich with detail it makes me crazy jealous. Anyway, my owl is no where near how nice hers are-and I am not thrilled with the green edging nor can I figure out how to clamp those new safety eyes on-but it’s still pretty cute. Now I know what I did wrong and can do another. Luckily I have buckets, literally, BUCKETS of yarn to play with.

hoot hoot, don’t pollute

Well, I also made a teeny tiny Muno. He’s not done yet-he still needs arms-so no picture until he’s done!
