Doctor lectored me about not eating so much fat, red meat, and other animal fats. Ehhhh, I’m a vegetarian strongly leaning towards being a vegan. WTF!

Guess I’m having a genetic problem, but I’ll try to reduce the “bad” fat even more. Puh, beans are great, but once in a while, some Potato Chips or French Fries would have been nice…

So good. Boiled potatoes with butter, sour cream, salt and pepper is one of the best eats in the world.

I love swiss chard too, we used to grow it at Malabar. And I regret not buying beans. Beans might be my favourite vegetable, over asparagus.
