Yeah, seriously, maggots are the worst. There aren’t many bugs that I am weird about, but maggots, ew. I also don’t care for cluster flies. OH, or fish flies, which thankfully don’t exist in Toronto that I have ever seen.

Eeeew!

However I can safely say,from experience,that sweeping them up is preferable to having to clear hundreds of them out of an oven.Where they had feasted on a forgotten flan whilst we were on holiday.

Yeah, I don’t know what they were crawling towards. I suspect they were crawling away from the window. Perhaps they are light phobic?

That sounds like a great gift. Ari loves stuff like that too, and her room is encrusted in tiny water balloons right now.

I actually survived reading that! My question is what were they all crawling towards?
I am going to Targhey today. It always makes me think of you when I’m there. It’s Tierney’s (11th!) birthday tomorrow and I’m getting her a bag filled with all sorts of those goodies they have near the entrance. Glowstick bracelets and water balloons and all sorts of stuff like that.
